Manufacture process is automatically controlled, where the best kinds of flour is mixed with water, using filters, in order to purify water.
The pasta dough is compressed and formed to give 26 shapes: spaghetti, marble, oven pasta …etc.
The macaroni is dried gradually. Small macaroni is dried for 195mins, and spaghetti for 185mins, through several driers (2-3 driers), according to the macaroni size.
