If you discover defects in scented candles, they should not be lit. Once a candle is lit, it cannot be returned. Please carefully inspect your scented candles upon receipt to ensure they meet your expectations.
Exchanges
To get the item you want promptly, return the current item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We'll notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
