• Payment terms (e.g., advance, LC, bank transfer) must be fulfilled before shipment unless otherwise agreed.
• Bank charges and transaction fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless specified.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production, logistics, or customs clearance.
• Risk transfers to the buyer upon dispatch or as per agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF).
• Nida Trading is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

6. Inspection & Acceptance
Buyers are responsible for inspecting goods upon arrival. Any claims must be submitted within the specified timeframe (as per Refund Policy).

7. Intellectual Property
All website content, product designs, images, and branding are the intellectual property of Nida Trading and may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nida Trading shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or reputation.

9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, labor shortages, or government restrictions.

• Incorrect products or quantities delivered

Claims will not be accepted for:
